The first Winter/Spring payment due date is Wednesday, January 24, 2018. You will be subject to a late fee if your bill is not paid in full by this date. Pay your bill online by clicking on “Payment Options” in the finances section of your HUB Student Center.

Effective 1/13/18, there are minor changes to HUB. The look and feel are slightly different, however there are no functionality changes.

The Student Accounts office will be closed on Friday, January 12th. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 16th at 8:30 AM.

The last day to enroll in a 4 installment Spring 2018 payment plan is January 4th.

The 3 installment payment plan enrollment starts on January 5th. You cannot enroll in a payment plan if you have an unpaid bill hold on your account.

Don’t forget to check your @buffalo.edu email address for the first Winter/Spring eBill notification. The due date is January 24th. Online payments can be made in your HUB Student Center via the Payment Options link.

The upcoming HUB outage scheduled for this January is a change to the typical outage window for a system upgrade. Below you will find an outline of the outage timeline and services that will be impacted.
A HUB outage is scheduled for:
Starting: Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, 5 a.m. EST
Services Resume: Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 at 12 p.m. (noon) EST
This outage will impact the following services:
- HUB Faculty Center
- HUB Student Center
- HUB Administrative access
Other affected applications are:
- UB ePay
- Hang Tag Requests
- iTunes U
- Nelnet QuikPay
- Path Finder
- UBlearns Course Setup Tool
There will be no load of HUB data into InfoSource tables on Friday, Jan. 12 or Saturday, Jan. 13. SSC Campus will be available however data will be not refreshed on these dates.
Please note that this outage is longer than usual due to the size of the upgrade. Be sure to plan accordingly for this system outage; we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
