The upcoming HUB outage scheduled for this January is a change to the typical outage window for a system upgrade. Below you will find an outline of the outage timeline and services that will be impacted.
A HUB outage is scheduled for:
Starting: Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, 5 a.m. EST
Services Resume: Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 at 12 p.m. (noon) EST
This outage will impact the following services:
- HUB Faculty Center
- HUB Student Center
- HUB Administrative access
Other affected applications are:
- UB ePay
- Hang Tag Requests
- iTunes U
- Nelnet QuikPay
- Path Finder
- UBlearns Course Setup Tool
There will be no load of HUB data into InfoSource tables on Friday, Jan. 12 or Saturday, Jan. 13. SSC Campus will be available however data will be not refreshed on these dates.
Please note that this outage is longer than usual due to the size of the upgrade. Be sure to plan accordingly for this system outage; we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
