Don’t forget to check your @buffalo.edu email address for the Summer eBill notification. The due date is June 25, 2025. Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

The first Summer 2025 bill will be generated on May 28, 2025 with a due date of June 25, 2025. To view your current charges and other account activity, please log into your HUB Student Center. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

The fourth Spring 2025 payment due date is May 21, 2025. You will be subject to a late fee if your bill is not paid in full by this date. Pay your bill online by clicking on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.
May 7, 2025
Any student who is enrolled in a payment plan and has had any credits or payments made to their student account recently will have their payment plan balance adjusted on May 14th. You will receive an email when this adjustment has been made. Please log in to view your payment plan and the amount of your upcoming payments, as they may have changed.

Enroll in Direct Deposit to receive your Financial Aid or over payment refund faster. Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. You will then be brought into QuikPAY where you can click on Manage Refunds in the menu.
May 5, 2025
Any student whose actual balance in HUB has decreased since May 14th will have their Payment Plan adjusted on May 23, 2025.
