The upcoming HUB outage scheduled for this September is a change to the typical outage window.

WHAT: HUB and Related Services Unavailable During Maintenance

WHEN: Friday, 9/27/2019 3:00 p.m. – Saturday, 9/28/2019 12:00 p.m. EST  

WHO: UB students, faculty and staff

HUB will be unavailable during the time period above while maintenance is performed.

Other affected applications are:

–              UB ePay

–              Hang Tag Requests

–              Nelnet QuickPay

–              Path Finder Tool

–              UBlearns Course Setup Tool  

–              TAP Dashboard

UBLearns and the Student Success Portal will be available during this outage.

Please note that this outage is longer than usual due to the implementation of improvements to the HUB Student Center.  Be sure to plan accordingly for this system outage; we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Update to Financial Aid disbursement date.

This fall, Financial Aid will begin disbursing aid* on Aug. 19, 2019 for Undergraduate, Graduate and Pharmacy students. This new disbursement date means eligible students will receive their funds earlier than in previous semesters. (No action required.)

As a reminder, students must satisfy all eligibility requirements to receive financial aid. Changes to enrollment status after the disbursement date may require a partial or full repayment of funds.

*New York State awards will continue to be reflected as anticipated aid on your student account until either the fifth week of classes or the end of the term, depending on the award type.

Credentials Solutions will be down for scheduled maintenance on Saturday, June 8th from 3:00 AM EST to approximately 5:00 PM EST. All ordering services and self-service functions will be unavailable during this time.
