This outage will impact the following services:

  • HUB Faculty Center
  • HUB Student Center
  • HUB Administrative access

Other affected applications are:

  • UB ePay
  • Hang Tag Requests
  • Nelnet QuikPay
  • Path Finder Tool
  • UB Learns Course Setup Tool
  • TAP Dashboard

UB Learns and Navigate will be available during this outage.

Don’t forget to check your @buffalo.edu email address for the first Fall eBill notification. The due date is August 25, 2021. Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

The first Fall 2021 bill will be generated on July 26, 2021 with a due date of August 25, 2021. To view your current charges and other account activity, please log into your HUB Student Center. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

Get your refund faster. Enroll in Direct Deposit-July 2021

Enroll in Direct Deposit to receive your Financial Aid or over payment refund faster. Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. You will then be brought into QuikPAY where you can click on Manage Refunds in the menu.

Enroll in a Payment Plan to help pay your bill for Fall 2021

Looking to pay your bill in installments? The first day to enroll in a 5 installment Fall 2021 payment plan is July 15, 2021. The 4 installment payment plan enrollment starts on August 15, 2021. You cannot enroll in a payment plan if you have an unpaid bill hold on your account.

The Summer 2021 payment due date is Wednesday, July 14, 2021. You will be subject to a late fee and a hold if your bill is not paid in full by this date. Pay your bill online by clicking on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.
