HUB and Related Services Unavailable during Maintenance-Friday, April 9th 1pm EDT-Saturday, April 10th 11am EDT

A planned HUB outage is schedule for April 9-10. Please find a detailed outline of the outage timeline and impacted services below.

Scheduled timeline:

Begins:                                Friday, April 9, 2021                        1 p.m. EDT

Services Resume:             Saturday, April 10, 2021                11 a.m. EDT

This outage will impact the following services:

  • HUB Faculty Center
  • HUB Student Center
  • HUB Administrative access

Other affected applications are:

  • UB ePay
  • Hang Tag Requests
  • Nelnet QuikPay
  • Path Finder Tool
  • UB Learns Course Setup Tool
  • TAP Dashboard

UB Learns and Navigate will be available during this outage.

Due to the size of the upgrade and necessary testing involved, this system outage will begin earlier and end later than outages in the past. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

To ensure student enrollment is not adversely impacted by this outage, no enrollment appointments will be assigned on Friday, April 9.
